The Great 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run

We certainly missed seeing everyone at The Great 5K these past two years. With Covid finally taking a back seat to outdoor events, we are thrilled to invite you to this year’s 5K and 1 mile fun run on Sunday May 15th at 9:00AM. We are excited to announce that the race will be held at a new location at Freedom Park in Sykesville Maryland. We will have the same setup as years past with a DJ pumping music, a sponsorship expo area , Rita’s ice, and awards for the top finishers. We will not be officially timing the race this year but there will definitely be a race clock at the finish line to see your time.

• Cost: $40 Adult/$25 Child (price increases March 18th)
• Shirt included in race registration
• *Please note registration after April 24th does not guarantee a race shirt
• Walk up registration available at check-in.
• Water stop on the course
• All proceeds benefit The Nathan Chris Baker Foundation
